Kornets hus is Denmark’s new, attractive and at the same time cozy centre for knowledge and inspiration about cereals, nutrition and food culture. The municipality of Hjørring, Realdania and the Nordea Foundation contribute among others to the visionary project. A strong idea and an even stronger portion of persistence was rewarded Monday morning on a field in the middle of the North Jutland grain landscape when the first sod was taken to mark the starting shot for the construction of the House of the Kornets.
