Façade system for new construction and renovation

Construction is constantly challenged by both aesthetic and functional demands, which is why Komproment leads the way in innovation with our complete façade system. With increasing focus on sustainability, efficiency, and aesthetic flexibility in construction, we are introducing a revolutionary and complete façade system.

With Komproment’s ventilated façade system, you get a complete system solution – from fastening in the load-bearing wall to the finished façade cladding. The system is suitable for both new builds and renovations and comes with ETA documentation, complete system documentation, installation plans, U-value calculations, and structural analysis. By combining extensive consulting with a comprehensive documentation package, Komproment ensures that every detail – from planning and installation to documentation – is handled expertly and tailored to the specific needs of the construction project.

Efficient installation and tailored consulting

In addition to in-depth knowledge and experience, Komproment also provides consulting on the complete façade system – from surface finishes and visual expression to structural analysis, U-values, and installation planning. We also offer on-site installation startup.

By involving Komproment’s advisors early in the building process, it’s possible to develop a tailored façade solution that not only meets structural and visual requirements but also delivers on installation efficiency and the “design for disassembly” principle. This unique façade system also allows our customers to reduce the number of involved parties and ensure a coherent and well-coordinated implementation of the façade solution.

Flexible and aesthetic solutions

With Komproment’s façade system, our customers can achieve a harmonious balance between function, aesthetics, and safety, ensuring that all aspects of the façade solution are addressed – from initial consulting to final documentation.

Subframe

One complete façade system

– for both new construction and renovation

This system, designed for both renovations and new builds, addresses the complexity and many considerations involved in selecting the right façade solution. Komproment’s façade system offers a number of unique advantages that make it an attractive solution for both new construction and renovation projects, with a particular focus on energy efficiency, aesthetics, and a simplified building process.

New Construction

In new builds, it is essential to integrate the façade system early in the design phase. Komproment offers customized solutions tailored to the specific requirements of the new construction project – whether it involves aesthetics, energy efficiency, or specific material choices. Early integration ensures a smoother building process and optimal implementation of the façade system.

Renovation

Renovation projects can benefit from the façade system’s ability to improve the building’s insulation and overall energy performance. Upgrading an existing building’s façade with Komproment’s system can significantly reduce energy consumption and improve occupant comfort. The subframe’s built-in adjustability can compensate for irregularities in older façades.

Façade Cladding

Cladding tiles and slate
A beautiful façade is durable, ages gracefully, and complements its surroundings. That’s why we have chosen to use only the highest quality brick and slate materials for our façades. These materials are particularly well-suited to Nordic architectural styles and climate conditions.

Mounting Systems

Screw, hook and click
The installation of ventilated façades in brick and slate is critical to both the functionality and aesthetic of the building. Our mounting systems include hook, screw, and click systems on either timber or aluminum battens – each offering its own unique benefits.

Façade System for Ventilated Façades

Ventilated façades not only enhance the visual appearance of buildings but also significantly contribute to energy efficiency and user comfort. The primary purpose of these systems is to create a cavity between the external weather screen and the load-bearing wall, allowing continuous air circulation. This design helps reduce heat buildup in summer and heat loss in winter, resulting in substantial energy savings and a more stable indoor temperature throughout the year.

Another key benefit of ventilated façades is their contribution to a healthier indoor climate. The façade system effectively allows moisture to escape from inside the building, minimizing the risk of mold growth and other moisture-related issues. This is particularly important in areas with high humidity or in buildings with high moisture generation, such as residential complexes, institutions, and office buildings.
